⚠ Contamination Policy
Any load found to contain trash, dunnage, wood, plastic, packaging material, or other non-metal debris will be reclassified as standard roll-off debris and billed at standard roll-off rates.
Loads are inspected at pickup. Reclassification is at Southern Ridge's sole discretion.

By booking a dumpster rental — whether online, by phone, or by text — you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the Customer and Southern Ridge Roll-Offs Diversified ("Southern Ridge", "we", "us").
Online bookings constitute a reservation request. All reservations are subject to availability confirmation by Southern Ridge. No charge will be processed until a Southern Ridge team member confirms your order. Southern Ridge reserves the right to decline or modify any reservation.
Quoted prices include delivery, pickup, and disposal up to the stated weight limit (2 tons). Payment is due at time of confirmed booking. We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and Zelle. Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, prohibited items, or extended rentals.
Standard rentals are for 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you require additional time, you must notify Southern Ridge before the end of your rental period. Extensions are billed at the daily or weekly rate in effect at the time of extension. Southern Ridge is not responsible for delays caused by your failure to arrange timely pickup.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that only permitted materials are placed in the dumpster. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: hazardous materials, liquid waste, asbestos, wet paint, vehicle batteries, tires, medical waste, and pressurized containers. Disposal of prohibited items is a violation of state and federal law. The Customer will be held financially responsible for any costs Southern Ridge incurs due to prohibited items, including fines, remediation, and special disposal fees.
Each rental includes disposal up to 2 tons. Loads exceeding this limit will be billed for overage weight at the applicable rate per ton. The Customer will be notified of any overage charges as soon as practicable after disposal.
The Customer is responsible for identifying a safe, legal, and accessible placement location. Southern Ridge uses safety skids to minimize surface damage; however, we are not liable for minor surface marking on driveways or pavement resulting from normal dumpster placement and removal. The Customer assumes responsibility for any damage resulting from placement on unstable ground, underground utilities, or improperly designated locations.
The Customer must ensure that the dumpster remains accessible for pickup. If Southern Ridge is unable to retrieve the dumpster due to obstruction, locked gates, or Customer unavailability, a trip charge may apply. The Customer shall not move or relocate the dumpster without prior written authorization from Southern Ridge.
Do not overfill the dumpster above the fill line. An overfilled dumpster cannot be safely transported and will result in additional charges and delays. The Customer agrees not to fill the container with materials that exceed the stated weight limit or that would make transport unsafe or illegal.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations after dispatch will be charged the full rental fee. No refunds are issued once the dumpster has been delivered.
The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Southern Ridge Roll-Offs Diversified and its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to the Customer's use of the dumpster, including but not limited to: property damage, personal injury, violations of law, and disposal of prohibited materials.
Southern Ridge's liability to the Customer shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the rental in question. Southern Ridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Scrap metal hauling services are subject to additional terms. All loads submitted under a scrap metal program (Option A or Option B) must consist of a single, homogeneous metal commodity per load (e.g., steel only, aluminum only, copper only). Mixed-commodity loads are not eligible for scrap metal program pricing.
Any load found by Southern Ridge, upon inspection at pickup or upon delivery to the processing facility, to contain trash, dunnage, wood, plastic, rubber, packaging material, or any other non-metal debris will be immediately reclassified as standard roll-off debris. Reclassified loads will be billed at the applicable standard roll-off rate in effect at the time of pickup. The Customer will be notified of any reclassification prior to or at the time of billing. Southern Ridge's determination of load composition and reclassification is final.
Loads containing hazardous materials, fluids, oils, or regulated substances are subject to refusal and additional remediation fees regardless of program type. The Customer is responsible for ensuring all loads are free of contamination prior to scheduling pickup.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Candler County, Georgia.
